Dustin is a highly driven, performance-focused leader with diverse successes in building best in class e-commerce, retail and services companies. He has a history of turning retail teams and experiences into award-winning operations, most notably at Fabletics and HHGregg. At Fabletics, his transformation of the customer experience took the company’s Net Promoter Score from 27 to 54 in less than a year. Prior to Fabletics, he took over training at HHGregg, and was responsible for making their 8,000+ employees into an award-winning team. JD Powers awarded the company the best sales force in the industry for five consecutive years. Dustin’s understanding of how to create and use technology to improve customer experiences led him to develop a patent-pending technology that has received numerous innovation awards.
Your Favorite Movie
My favorite movie is Tombstone. I love the friendship between Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday; how Wyatt was willing to do anything for his friend including almost giving his life.
Your Passion
Education. I think at the end of the day if people are willing to do the hard work and make the sacrifices they can do almost anything. I think it’s our responsibility as a society to do what we can to put that within reach.

Phil has nearly 40 years of experience developing and executing strategies and processes to deliver tangible, meaningful, and measurable results for entrepreneurial companies including organic and acquired growth. He has played a key role in over a dozen domestic and international acquisition initiatives. Phil spent 12 years working in the Entrepreneurial Services group at Ernst & Young and 17 years as CFO and President at customer experience and consulting firm, Walker Information. He also served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Ingram Micro Mobility (formerly known as Brightpoint) and as Chief Operating Officer for The Knall/Cohen/Pence Group at Stifel Financial Corp before joining VVDP.
Your Passion
I am most passionate about the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and finding a cure for the disease. I spend a lot of my volunteer time focused on that organization. I truly believe they are the key to finding a cure in the not-too-distant future.
Your Proudest Atypical Accomplishment
I am quite good at breakfast, my go to is eggs over easy, hash browns and crispy bacon. But I can do it all!

Steve comes to Vista Verde Dental Partners from a career in accounting and administration of medical practices, most recently serving as Administrator of Bloomington Bone & Joint Clinic for 15 years. Steve joined our team with the shared passion to offer better access to quality dental care for all. In his spare time, he enjoys anything outdoors including golf, working on his lawn, and attending his 2 kid's activities.
The Trip You've Always Wanted To Take
Even though I have been to Ireland, I would like to go back a few more times to explore the rest of the country. I also would like to go to Norway to explore the other half of my ancestry.
Your Hero
 I was the youngest of six so, even though he died when I was fairly young, I always strive to be like my Dad.  He always worked hard, often having multiple side jobs, so we could get the Catholic education our Mom wanted us to have.

Chelsea comes to Vista Verde with nearly 10 years of progressive design, marketing and operations experience in high growth and startup environments. Prior to joining Vista Verde Dental Partners, she worked in Marketing and Operations for Hopebridge, an Applied Behavior Analysis company based in Indianapolis. There, she grew the business in physical locations from 6 offices in one state, to over 40 offices in five states in just three years. Chelsea has developed extensive Project Management expertise in her various roles; managing scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources for owned projects.
Your Passion
My family has been deeply affected by breast cancer, so I am very passionate about the work that the Indiana Women in Need foundation does. They support women and men who are receiving treatment for breast cancer through grants to fund things like trips to and from appointments, child care, and other needs patients face in the immediate future that unfortunately funding for breast cancer research does not provide. 

The Trip You've Always Wanted To Take
Number one on my bucket list is to travel to the uninhabited island in the Bahamas populated by a colony of feral pigs. These pigs are known to swim in the waters surrounding the island, and I DREAM of the chance to join them.
